Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at aureviawear01@gmail.com Returns must be approved before being sent. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
For returns where there is no product fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
We may ask you to provide photos, videos, or other evidence so we can assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible issue may be resolved through a replacement, resend, partial refund, or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us first. If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or fulfilment. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at aureviawear01@gmail.com We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return or refund request has been reviewed and let you know whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a refund.
